- Secure Your Date:
Book your appointment by calling Sutton Medical Consulting Centre. A £250 deposit is required to secure your session.
- Information Gathering:
Dr. Jain will provide detailed questionnaires for both parents and your child’s school (or extracurricular leaders if home-educated) to establish a comprehensive understanding of their environment and behaviour.
- In-Depth Clinical Assessment (90 Mins):
This face-to-face consultation includes a thorough developmental history, medical review, and clinical observation. Dr. Jain will also screen for other neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism, and may suggest additional assessments if needed.
- Feedback & Comprehensive Report:
Following the assessment, you will receive immediate verbal feedback and a formal report within one week. All available pathways—such as medication options and school support—will be thoroughly discussed.
Transparent ADHD Assessment Fees:
- Full ADHD Assessment: £1,250
- Follow-Up Consultation: £250
A £250 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Ongoing Support & Shared Care
Once a diagnosis is made, continued support will be provided to ensure your child has the necessary tools for success:
- Medication Management: Careful initiation and ongoing monitoring of treatment.
- School Advocacy: Documentation to help your child access appropriate educational support.
- Shared Care: Your report can be shared with your GP to explore a shared care agreement for ongoing prescribing and monitoring.
