Professional Profile

I completed my medical education in sunny Sydney, Australia in 2006. After having worked in the Australian healthcare system I moved to UK to pursue clinical research in cancer stem cells, which formed part of my masters in philosophy degree. I did further hospital posts in Oncology and Intensive Medicine for 1 year, before completing my general practice training in 2015. I currently work in the NHS as a GP in Walsall and Smethwick.

I have also been working as a private GP for the last 18 months, which has been very fulfilling. I love the one on one interaction that comes with being a GP, and being able to be part of that persons health journey. I love that as GPs we are in a position to encourage them to make small real changes in their life that has a big impact on their overall health.

Personal Profile

I have young twin daughters, and am enjoying discovering gentle parenting with them. I am passionate about health and nutrition, and especially how our diet plays a huge part in how we feel physically and emotionally. Travelling is what gets me excited, and music is my favourite way to relax.
