Laura Clayton

Lead Administrator

Laura Clayton joined the administration team at Sutton Medical as a receptionist in 2014. Laura is an outgoing pleasant polite individual who was extremely keen to learn all aspects of the administration/receptionist role, and gain further knowledge, experience and qualifications. Laura was promoted to lead administrator in 2018 and she will continue to gain experience in her new role.

Jane Ackrill

Administrator/Receptionist

Jane Ackrill joins Sutton Medical following a very successful career in administration and also as a NVQ assessor/verifier. Jane prides herself in her ability to deliver a high standard of work and enjoys diverse and demanding roles which enable her to draw on her past knowledge and experiences. Jane is a key team member and plays an active part in all aspects of the receptionist role at Sutton Consulting Medical Centre.

Julie Smith

Administrator/Receptionist

Julie joined the team after having had over 20 years experience in Administration and Customer Care, within the private sector. Julie moved from Retail administration to Medical administration, dealing face to face with patients, this provided her with the background knowledge required for a smooth transition to Sutton Medical. Julie is able to draw on her wealth of past work experiences and knowledge to excel in both the Reception and Administration side of the job role.
Julie has a NVQ in Business Administration and a RSA in Text & Word processing.
Julie has a pleasant, caring and sympathetic nature and she loves dealing with patients, helping them to receive the information and treatment they require.

Jessica Hill

Administrator/Receptionist

Jessica is one of two members of the team that has a duel role at the centre, and also works as a Health Care Assistant.
Jessica joined the Admin team in 2021. Within her HCA role she had adapted well to the computerisation of the nursing workload, and helped to lead on the centre moving to paperless patient records. Jessica was always keen to help on the reception area when it was busy, and she was quite clearly a natural. Jessica was identified as a super user during the pandemic due to the vast amount of different electronic booking systems that had been implemented to facilitate the various new pathways. Jessica is a polite and competent, she communicates well with patients and her team members.

Patricia Beesley

Administrator/Receptionist

Patricia is one of two members of the team that has a duel role at the centre, and also works as a Health Care Assistant.
Patricia has covered the reception area on an Ad Hoc basis for many years, she became a permanent member of the Admin Team in 2021. Prior to her HCA roles, Patricia has worked in both the Medical and Hospitality sectors as a receptionist, Patricia has gained qualifications in ILEX – Legal Secretary Diploma, AMSPAR- Medical Secretary Diploma and an NVQ – in business Admin.
Patricia has a friendly and caring nature and always aims to provide a good experience to the patients she deals with.
