Professional Profile

Dr Dan Reardon is a medical doctor, speaker, writer and author, with expertise in all branches of health care, fitness, nutrition, and mental health. Dan has over twenty years’ experience as a doctor and has been featured in many respected publications and televised forums.

For several years, he has acknowledged and studied how digital technology has and continues to severely distort people’s views of themselves and their place in the world. This distortion supports the exponential growth of the mental health industry. Temperament, personality, and emotions are not a condition or a disease, they are a collective lens as to how you perceive your place in the world, and this is where his practice begins.
